Privacy policy

Last updated: October 7, 2026

PaperKit is an app that runs inside Canva. This policy explains what happens with the information involved when you use it.

What PaperKit collects

Nothing. PaperKit doesn't collect, store or share personal data. The paper type, spacing, margins and colors you choose stay in the app panel while it's open and are only used to draw the paper.

The paper image

When you add paper as a background, PaperKit draws it as an image and uploads it to your own Canva account, where it appears in your uploads. That upload goes to Canva, not to us.

No accounts or tracking

PaperKit has no server, user accounts, analytics or advertising, and it doesn't set cookies. This website doesn't use cookies or third-party services either; its fonts are served from this same site.

Payments

If you use premium papers, any payment is handled by Canva under Canva's terms. PaperKit never sees your payment details.

Canva

When you use PaperKit you're using Canva, and Canva's own privacy policy applies to that use.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
